A new program offering from EHSSM. For just $200 you can spend 2 hours on the Essex River with our Boatbuilder and Educator, Jeff Lane, in a student built 18’ Sharptown Barge rowboat. Choose your adventure: Row up river and learn about the salt marsh habitat, pull a green crab trap and learn about invasive species, see the old Essex Railroad line, the site of the Spar Pit and the Ropewalk. Pick Jeff’s brain for boat building advice. Or just enjoy the scenery.

This pilot program runs on May 28th, 3:30pm - 5:30pm.
